All sales are final.

Because our products are handmade and designed for outdoor use, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue to help us resolve it. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not replace items that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related issues.

Custom colors, blends, or special‑request items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

 

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, delays, or other factors outside our control. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We currently ship within the United States. If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

Our products are designed for fishing use only. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Do not ingest, heat, burn, or alter the products in any way outside their intended use. Pigments and color‑changing materials used in our products are safe when used as designed, but they should not be consumed or placed in the mouth.

Keep all baits and materials away from pets and children. Use caution when handling hooks or sharp components.

 

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that fishing activities involve inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use.

 

Icky Bugs is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products.
